Karoo Features:
- We have made a number of improvements to Battery Save Mode on Karoo.
- You can now customize which types of notifications or events trigger your screen to turn on during a ride (e.g. CLIMBER, Notifications, Strava live segments) when the Battery save is enabled.
- You can configure the duration under the Battery save settings for the screen to stay awake after an event triggers your screen on. By default, the screen will stay awake for 35 seconds after an event.
- You can also enable the Battery save mode during an ongoing ride when the Karoo alerts for low battery.
- We have improved the speed of loading the Control Center when you open it for the first time.
- We made improvements to the login experience when the device logs out due to inactivity.
- We have made improvements to the styling of our in-ride alerts to make them more legible in bright conditions.
- We fixed an issue where configuring AXS controls was showing an incomplete list of assignable actions.

Karoo and Karoo 2 Bug Fixes:
- We fixed an issue with BLE Audio headsets where you previously needed to go to the settings menu on each ride to connect the headset. BLE headsets will now connect automatically.
- We fixed an issue where the name of the connected phone was not being displayed correctly in the drawer on Karoo.
- We fixed a few minor issues with the compass not displaying correctly when a user is panning and zooming on the map page.
- We fixed an issue where you could not previously delete sideloaded apps on Karoo.
Dashboard:
- We have made improvements to the design of the initial login and sign-up experience on Dashboard.
Companion App:

- We have added the ability to see your last known battery status of Karoo in the Companion App
- We have made it easier for you to update your notification settings by enabling you to go to the settings menu on your phone directly from the Companion App.
- We have made UX improvements to the delete account flow in the Companion Apps to prevent users from inadvertently deleting their Hammerhead account.
- We fixed an issue where you could not remove all Karoo’s from your devices list in the Companion app
