Karoo Features:

  • Introducing the ability to use your Hammerhead products in 5 new languages: Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Japanese!
  • Based on feedback, we’ve improved the visibility of the interval chart when following a workout.
  • We’ve added the ability to follow a Breadcrumb Route in Reverse.
  • We’ve improved Karoo’s ability to reroute you back to your route if you need to rejoin it at the same point that you left it. 
  • We’ve added support for Strava E-Bike Live Segments. Now, if you star an E-Bike segment on Strava, it will sync to Karoo.

Bug Fixes:

  • We fixed an issue that could cause lap timing and placement to be different between Karoo/Dashboard and connected accounts such as Strava, TrainingPeaks, etc.
  • We’ve fixed the behavior of the Upcoming Elevation graph when you go off route when following a breadcrumb route.
  • We fixed an issue that could cause Ride Resume to fail if you power down mid-ride and tried to continue your ride.
  • We’ve fixed an issue that caused Karoo to show you phone notifications even if your profile settings has phone notifications as disabled.
  • We’ve made the Upcoming Elevation graph work better for routes where the highest point of the route is thousands of feet/meters above your lowest point of the route.

Dashboard Bug Fixes:

  • We fixed an issue where the Log In/Create Account page of Dashboard would zoom in automatically on the input boxes when viewing on an iPhone, and it made it difficult to see what you were supposed to do. 

Companion App:

  • Android (v 1.27.0) Features:
    • We’ve added the ability to create a Hammerhead Account in the Companion App, making it easier to set up your App and Karoo if you’re a new user.
